Aletschglacier Trek – 2 days
From Jungfraujoch
2 days – Experienced trekker

Acclimatise beforehand is an advantage. - Season: June – October
- Duration: Day 1: 4 hour trek with a picnic break (with a backpack)
Day 2: 6 hours (with a backpack) - Where to meet: 10.05am hallway entrance coffee bar at the Jungfraujoch
- Includes: local mountain guide for 2 days, Harness, gaitors, ice axe and technical gear
- Not included: 1. Overnight stay in the konkordia hut with dinner bed and breakfast, 2. Train ticket to the Jungfraujoch and return from Fiesch, 3. Drinks in the hut
- What to bring: Mountain- boots, backpack, water, picknic for 2 days, beanie, gloves, waterproof functional clothing, suncream, sunglasses, mini torch, t-shirt, a camera, medi’s, toiletries, liteweight inner sleeping bag, alpine hut membership, discount travel cards

- Not included: Dinner, bed and breakfast in the Monte Rosa hut,

- Where to meet: to be given with confirmation details.
- Includes: UIAGM mountain guide for 4 days, his/her travel costs, overnight stay in the huts with dinner, bed and breakfast, boots, crampons, harness, gaitors, ice axe
- Not included: Your accomodation and meals, travel expenses, to Jungfraujoch, share taxi costs from Berghaus Oberaar and drinks in the hut

After visiting all the amazing attractions set off on a magical hike over Europes longest Glacier, the Aletschgletscher. with your swiss mountain guide.
Spend the night in a mountain paradise – the Konkordia hut.
Here’s the plan
Day 1: Take the Jungfrau railway to the Jungraujoch. Visit all the attractions. Meet your guide and start your amazing trek over a glaciated plateau to the Konkordia hut (2850m)
Ascent 150m, descent 750m – trekking time – 4 hours
Day 2: 5am after breakfast, continue your amazing glacier trek on ice to Märjelenalp, over beautiful meadows to Kühboden
Ascent 100m, descent 740m trekking time – 6 hours

Glacier Trek Monte Rosa hut – 2 days

A spectacular 2 day glacier hike escorted by the mancho Matterhorn and the Walliser alpine chain of 4,000 meter peaks.
The hut alone is worth a visit. Purely self sufficient, this modern, space-aged building generates its own power. Even rain and snow melt water is collected and stored in a cavern to provide the guests with flush toilets and four hot showers
Program
Day 1: Take Gornergrat train toRotenboden (2855). Here the trek begins, traversîng the Gornergletscher to continue up to the Monte Rosa Hütte (2883m, 3-4h)
Day 2: Trek down the Gornergletscher to Furi (1867m, 5h) – take cable car to Zermatt.
Jungfraujoch – Grimsel – 4 day glacier tour

Glacier trek over 7 glaciers including the longest glacier in Europe
Here’s the plan
Day 1
Travel to the Jungfraujoch via train from Interlaken. Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen. Trek over the Jungfraufirn to Konkordiaplatz and overnight in the Konkordia mountain hut set at 2850m
Day 2
Glacier trek over the Grüneggfirn to Grünhornlücke and the Walliser Fiescherfirn to overnight in the Finsteraarhornhütte 3048m
Day 3
Head south Fieschergletscher continuing – over the Galmigletscher – Studergletscher to overnight in the Oberaarjochhütte 3256m.
Day 4
Descend the Oberaargletscher to the lake that bears the same name.
From Berghaus Oberaar to Grimsel und return home
